ZANJABIL (ZINGIBER OFFICINALE) ILDIZPOYASI VA TEMIRTIKAN (TRIBULUS TERRESTRIS L.) YER USTKI QISMIDAN TAYYORLANGAN ADAPTOGEN DAMLAMANING O’TKIR ZAXARLILIGINI O’RGANISH
Abstract
So‘nggi yillarda inson organizmi turli stress, jismoniy va ruhiy zo‘riqishlarga ko‘proq duch kelmoqda. Shu sababli, tabiiy manbalardan olingan adaptogen vositalar stressga chidamlilikni oshirish, mushak va markaziy nerv tizimi faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Zanjabil (Zingiber officinale) ildizpoyasi va Temirtikan (Tribulus terrestris L.) yer ustki qismi antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va nevroprotektiv xususiyatlarga ega bo‘lib, ularning xavfsizligi va o‘tkir zaxarliligi yetarlicha o‘rganilmagan. Shu sababli, bu o‘simliklardan tayyorlangan adaptogen damlamaning xavfsizligini va toksikologik xususiyatlarini aniqlash dolzarb va amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
