Mazkur ilmiy maqolada mushak tizimining anatomik va fiziologik xususiyatlari hamda sport faoliyatidagi o‘rni kompleks yondashuv asosida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida mushak tolalarining turlari, ularning energetik ta’minoti va jismoniy yuklamaga moslashuvi tahlil qilindi. Natijalar mushaklarning sport natijalariga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqlaydi.
