THE NATURE AND ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN THE DYNAMICS OF HUMORAL IMMUNITY INDICATORS IN KIDNEY DAMAGE IN PATIENTS WHO HAVE UNDERGONE SARS-COV2.

With kidney damage after SARS-CoV 2, there is an increase in all the studied indicators of humoral immunity, with the exception of IgM and IgG, the decrease of which was more pronounced in patients with a chronic course of the pathological process. At the same time, substitution therapy affects the structure of these transformations in the form of a decrease in the concentration of all studied cytokines in the blood against the background of an increase in SHPA and IgG immunoglobulins. The continued growth of IdM, cytokines IL-1β and IFN-γ in patients with a chronic course of the pathological process is manifested even after therapy.
