Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the functional role of mid-level medical personnel in ensuring the sustainable development of the healthcare system, as well as their professional competencies and modern requirements. It also examines the existing challenges in the training process of these specialists and proposes recommendations aimed at improving the quality of education in medical colleges.
