Abstract

Ushbu maqolada trombotsitga boy plazma (BoTP) ning biologik xususiyatlari va tarkibi batafsil tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda so'nggi 10 yillikdagi ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilindi va BoTP tarkibidagi biologik faol moddalarning konsentratsiyasi va ta'siri o'rganildi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, BoTP tarkibida 7 ta asosiy o'sish omili mavjud bo'lib, ularning konsentratsiyasi oddiy qonga nisbatan 3-20 marta yuqori. Maqolada BoTP ning regenerativ xususiyatlari va klinik qo'llanilish imkoniyatlari baholangan.
