Mazkur maqolada boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarida nutq madaniyatini shakllantirish va rivojlantirishda zamonaviy pedagogik metodlarning roli tahlil qilinadi. Nutq madaniyati — bu o‘quvchining o‘z fikrini aniq, ravon, madaniyatli ifoda etish qobiliyatidir. Ushbu jarayonda interfaol metodlar, axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari va ijodiy topshiriqlardan foydalanishning samaradorligi yoritiladi. Shuningdek, dars jarayonida o‘quvchilarning og‘zaki va yozma nutqini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan metodik yondashuvlar amaliy misollar asosida ko‘rib chiqiladi.
