Abstract

This article analyzes the role of leadership and management in the human resource management process and their impact on organizational efficiency. In modern management systems, a manager’s leadership skills, proper application of management methods, employee motivation, and team management are essential factors. Furthermore, leadership styles, management functions, and modern approaches to effective human resource management are discussed.
