Ushbu maqola mikroorganizmlardan yangi dori vositalarini ishlab chiqishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlarini — tarixiy ildizlardan tortib zamonaviy genomining, metagenomik, kontsultivatsion texnologiya va sun’iy intellekt yordamida amalga oshirilayotgan dori-kashfiyot strategiyalarigacha — birlashtirib tahlil qiladi. Maqolada mikroorganizmlarning tabiiy mahsulotlari (secondary metabolites) biologik faollik va farmatsevtik potentsial nuqtai nazardan baholanadi, ixtirochi va sanoat laboratoriyalarida foydalanilayotgan genom-maynig va metabolomika yondashuvlari muhokama qilinadi, shuningdek, kritik muammolar — qiyin yetishtiriladigan bakteriyalar, rezistentlik, toksiklik va kimyoviy optimizatsiya — hamda ularni yengish strategiyalari yoritiladi. Amaliy misollar va so‘nggi tadqiqotlardan olingan natijalar, jumladan iChip metodi orqali teixobactin kashfiyoti, genom-maynig orqali yashirin biosintetik gen klasterlarini aniqlash hamda metagenomika va AI yordamida yangi bioaktiv molekulalarni aniqlash imkoniyatlari muhokama qilinadi.
