Abstract

Ushbu maqolada inson ichaklaridagi bakterial jamoaning xilma-xilligi va ularning organizm faoliyatiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Asosiy e’tibor bakteriyalarning taksonomik va funksional diversifikatsiyasiga, qisqa zanjirli yogʻ kislotalar (SCFA) sintezi orqali ichak va sistemik ta’sirga, shuningdek immun tizimi bilan o‘zaro aloqalar va patologik holatlardagi disbioz (mikrobiota buzilishi) mexanizmlariga qaratiladi. Adabiyotlar tahlili va metodologiya bo‘limida eng yangi tadqiqotlar, metagenomik va transcriptomik yondoshuvlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Natijalar bo‘limida bakterial diversifikatsiyaning klinik va fysiologik ahamiyati, shuningdek uning dieta, antibiotiklar va boshqa omillar bilan modulyatsiyasi muhokama qilinadi. Xulosa bo‘limida ichak bakteriyalarining xilma-xilligining sog‘liq uchun muhimligi, va kelajakda mikrobiota manipulyatsiyalari uchun istiqbollar yoritiladi.
