Abstract

In recent years, immersive technologies have created new opportunities in the educational process and have had a positive impact on students’ speech development. This article analyzes the role of an immersive environment in learning and its effectiveness in enhancing speech skills. Immersive technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) help make language learning more effective by providing students with interactive and experience-based activities connected to the real world. Through these technologies, learners can apply their speech skills not only on a theoretical level but also in practical, real-life situations. The article examines the pedagogical foundations of creating an immersive environment, its impact on speech development, and its role in improving students’ communication skills. Methods of integrating immersive technologies into the teaching process and practical examples are also presented. The findings indicate that learning in an immersive environment positively influences students’ speech activity and serves as an effective tool for language acquisition and the development of communicative competences.
