METHODS OF IMPLEMENTING AND IMPROVING INDICATOR-BASED MANAGEMENT IN PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER EDUCATION

Indicator-based management systems play a crucial role in ensuring effective administration within higher education institutions. This approach involves defining key performance indicators (KPIs) that are continuously monitored to improve operational efficiency. Decisions are made based on statistical data and indicators, enhancing the institution’s overall performance. Indicators cover various areas such as academic processes, research activities, and financial management. Both quantitative methods (surveys, tests, monitoring) and qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups) are widely used to implement this management system. Additionally, strategic planning, systematic analysis, and continuous improvement are carried out based on these indicators. As a result, the indicator-based management system serves as an effective tool to enhance quality and efficiency in higher education institutions.
