Abstract

Mazkur maqolada korxonada innovatsion faoliyatni tashkil etish va uni samarali boshqarish masalalari yoritilgan. Unda innovatsion muhitni shakllantirish, strategiya ishlab chiqish, loyihalarni amalga oshirish va boshqaruv mexanizmlarini rivojlantirish jarayonlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, korxonalarda innovatsion faoliyat samaradorligini oshirishda strategik, moliyaviy, tashkiliy va kadrlar boshqaruvining ahamiyati ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Xorijiy tajribalar tahlili asosida O‘zbekiston korxonalari uchun amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
