This paper explores modern assessment strategies in English language teaching that are based on the STEAM approach. The integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics into language education provides new opportunities to evaluate learners’ creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The study emphasizes the importance of formative assessment, project-based tasks, and performance evaluation as essential tools for developing students’ 21st-century competencies. Findings indicate that STEAM-oriented assessment promotes learner autonomy, critical thinking, and deeper engagement in the English learning process.
