Abstract

Tezisda tegirmon ichki detallarining ishchi yuzalarida yuzaga keladigan yeyilish sabablari tadqiq qilingan. Mexanik, kimyoviy va termik omillarning ta’siri yoritilib, ishqalanish, abraziv zarrachalar, korroziya va yuqori harorat oqibatlari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Yeyilishni kamaytirish uchun yuqori marganesli po‘latlar, qattiq qotishmalar, nanokompozit materiallar va himoya qoplamalaridan foydalanish samaradorligi asoslangan. Tadqiqotlar natijasida kompleks yondashuv orqali tegirmonlarning samaradorligini oshirish va xizmat muddatini uzaytirish imkoniyatlari aniqlangan.
