Abstract

Sabzi chiqindilarining O‘YuCh qizdirish jarayonini o‘rganish va uning ratsional rejimi asoslash sanoatda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu ishda optimal parametrlar aniqlanib, chiqindilardan samarali foydalanish imkoniyatlari baholangan.
