Abstract

Ushbu tezisda gimnastik mashg‘ulotlarda shikastlanish xavfini kamaytirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan chora-tadbirlar yoritilgan. Shikastlanishning asosiy sabablari, jumladan, noto‘g‘ri texnika, tanani yetarlicha tayyorlamaslik va jihozlardan noto‘g‘ri foydalanish tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, shikastlanishning oldini olish uchun to‘g‘ri tayyorgarlik, mos jihozlar tanlash, mushaklarni mustahkamlash va sog‘liqni muntazam kuzatib borish zarurligi ta’kidlangan. Mazkur tadbirlar sportchilarning xavfsizligini oshirish va ularning yuqori natijalarga erishishini ta'minlashga qaratilgan.
