Mazkur tezisda umumta’lim maktabi o‘quvchilarida liderlik sifatlarini rivojlantirishning pedagogik imkoniyatlari nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Liderlik o‘quvchining tashabbus ko‘rsatishi, mas’uliyatni o‘z zimmasiga olishi, mustaqil qaror qabul qilishi, muloqotga kirishishi va jamoa bilan samarali hamkorlik qilishi bilan bog‘liq sifatlar majmuasi sifatida talqin etiladi. Ilmiy adabiyotlar tahliliga asoslanib, jamoaviy loyihalar, muammoli vaziyatlar, munozaralar, rolli o‘yinlar va refleksiv faoliyatning ta’lim jarayonidagi imkoniyatlari yoritiladi.
