АССОЦИАЦИЯ ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИХ ФАКТОРОВ С АНТРОПОМЕТРИЧЕСКИМИ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЯМИ В РАЗВИТИИ

Изучена взаимосвязь полиморфизма FTO T/A c.IVS1 с индексом массы тела у обследованных пациентов. Наиболее высокий показатель ИМТ выявлен у носителей гетерозиготного T/A генотипа — 34,8±0,56 кг/м², что достоверно выше по сравнению с носителями T/T — 27,6±0,57 кг/м² и A/A — 29,9±1,5 кг/м² (р<0,05). Полученные результаты свидетельствуют об ассоциации
T/A генотипа с повышенным ИМТ и возможной генетической предрасположенностью к ожирению.
