The contemporary educational landscape is characterized by rapid technological advancements, shifting demographic dynamics, and evolving societal expectations. In this context, traditional administrative models are no longer sufficient. This paper explores the process of "designing the concept of management in education," shifting the focus from mere operational administration to the strategic architectural design of educational systems. By integrating systems theory, design thinking, and modern leadership paradigms, this article proposes a comprehensive framework for conceptualizing educational management. It examines the core components of this design, including structural alignment, cultural architecture, and digital integration. Furthermore, it outlines a practical methodology for designing and implementing a management concept within educational institutions, highlighting the transition toward agile, learning-oriented ecosystems.
