THE ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

In recent years, the modernization of preschool education has become a key priority in improving the quality of early childhood learning. Innovative teaching methods play a crucial role in organizing educational activities that correspond to the developmental needs, interests, and individual characteristics of preschool children. This article explores the role and significance of innovative teaching methods in preschool education, emphasizing their impact on children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and creative development. Particular attention is paid to interactive, play-based, learner-centered, and technology-enhanced teaching approaches that promote active participation and motivation among young learners. The study highlights how innovative methods contribute to the formation of basic competencies, independent thinking skills, and early learning habits in preschool children. Furthermore, the article discusses the pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective implementation of innovative teaching methods, including teacher professional competence, the use of modern educational resources, and a supportive learning environment. The findings demonstrate that the integration of innovative teaching methods in preschool education significantly enhances educational effectiveness and ensures holistic child development.
