Abstract

This article explores the role of English language proficiency in empowering women  and developing leadership skills. It highlights how English improves communication,  self-confidence, critical thinking, and access to educational and professional  opportunities. The study emphasizes that English language skills can encourage  women to participate actively in leadership, decision-making, and global  communication.
