Adenomatoid odontogen o‘sma (AOT) – yosh bemorlarda, ayniqsa qizlarda ko‘proq uchraydigan xavfsiz odontogen o‘sma bo‘lib, ko‘pincha yuqori jag‘da chiqmagan tish (odatda ko‘z tishi) atrofida joylashadi. Klinik va rentgenologik jihatdan u dentigerous kista yoki unikistik ameloblastomaga o‘xshashi mumkin, shuning uchun differensial diagnostika muhim ahamiyatga ega. Gistologik jihatdan duktsimon tuzilmalar, to‘plamlar va kaltsifikatsiyalar xarakterli.
