Abstract

This article examines issues related to improving the practice of  providing remote banking services by commercial banks of the Republic of  Uzbekistan. The study generalizes the theoretical and methodological foundations of  remote banking services and advanced foreign experience, develops a comprehensive  four-dimensional methodology (financial, operational, customer, and risk/security) for  assessing their efficiency, and conducts an empirical assessment based on the Data  Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, correlation-regression analysis, and trend  analysis using the example of JSC “Turonbank.”
