This work examines the development of innovative high-intensity light-emitting paints based on zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles and the study of their physicochemical properties. ZnO nanoparticles are widely recognized for their wide band gap, high photostability, chemical stability, and luminescent properties, making them highly significant in optoelectronic applications and light-emitting materials. The study analyzes how the size, morphology, and surface activity of ZnO nanoparticles influence the light intensity, uniform dispersion, and stability of the paint systems. In addition, the interaction between nanoparticles and the matrix, as well as their dispersion behavior and optical properties (photoluminescence, absorption, and scattering spectra), are investigated. The results provide insight into the potential development of highly efficient, environmentally friendly, and long-term stable light-emitting paints.
