THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING TECHNOLOGY IN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE LESSONS

This article explores the effectiveness of Cooperative Learning technology in Russian language lessons. Modern educational approaches emphasize active student participation, collaboration, and communicative competence development. Cooperative Learning is recognized as one of the most effective learner-centered instructional strategies because it encourages students to work together toward common educational goals while developing academic, social, and communicative skills. The study examines the theoretical foundations of Cooperative Learning, its methodological principles, and its practical application in Russian language classrooms. Particular attention is paid to the development of speaking skills, vocabulary acquisition, communication competence, and student motivation. The findings indicate that cooperative learning environments significantly improve language proficiency, classroom engagement, and interpersonal communication among learners.
