Abstract

Bachadon bo‘yni saratoni (BBS) ayollar orasida eng ko‘p uchraydigan onkologik kasalliklardan biridir. Kimyoterapiya, ayniqsa platina asosidagi agentlar va kombinatsion sxemalar, nur terapiyasi bilan birgalikda qo‘llanganda umumiy omon qolish va progressiyasiz omon qolish ko‘rsatkichlarini yaxshilaydi. Biroq nojo‘ya ta’sirlar va dori rezistentligi muhim cheklovlardir. Ushbu maqolada mavjud adabiyotlar asosida kimyoterapiyaning yutuqlari, kamchiliklari va statistik natijalari tahlil qilinadi.
