Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of digitalization and legislative support for the protection of intellectual property in the field of feed additive production technologies. It examines current trends in innovative development in animal husbandry, including microencapsulation, the use of plant extracts, and biocatalytic processes, as well as the legal aspects of protecting such technologies. Particular attention is paid to recent reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at simplifying procedures for registering intellectual property objects, introducing digital tools (QR certificates, electronic patent systems), and strengthening liability for violations. The paper offers recommendations for further improvement of the legal framework: digitalization of patent procedures, development of judicial practice, creation of support programs for researchers, and enhancement of legal awareness in the field of intellectual property. It is concluded that effective protection of innovations in the feed additive sector is possible only through the integration of modern digital technologies with stable and coherent legal regulation.
