Mazkur maqolada internetga qaramlikka ijobiy psixologik yondashuv asosida qaralib, ushbu muammodan himoyalovchi shaxsiy psixologik resurslar tahlil qilinadi. Shaxsda mavjud bo‘lgan ijobiy emotsiyalar, hayotiy maqsad, stressga chidamlilik, o‘z-o‘zini nazorat qilish, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash kabi omillar internetga haddan ortiq bog‘lanishdan saqlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Maqolada ushbu resurslarning har biri nazariy hamda amaliy nuqtai nazardan izohlanadi, ilg‘or tadqiqotlar misolida asoslab beriladi va ularni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan psixologik strategiyalar keltiriladi.
