Abstract

Biopotensiallarni qayd qilish va elektrografiyaning fizik asoslarini o‘rganish — biologik tizimlarning elektr faoliyatini o‘rganishga qaratilgan ilmiy soha bo‘lib, nerv va mushak hujayralaridagi elektr potentsiallarining o‘zgarishlari natijasida yuzaga keladigan biopotensiallar organizmning turli tizimlarining faoliyatini baholashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada biopotensiallarning fiziologik manbalari, ularni qayd qilish texnologiyalari, shuningdek, elektrografiyaning fizik asoslari keltiriladi. Biopotensiallarni o‘lchash va qayd etish, uning amplituda va chastotasining tahlili, shuningdek, EKG (elektrokardiyogramma), EEG (elektroensefalogramma) va EMG (elektromiyogramma) kabi usullar yordamida o‘rganiladi. Maqola shuningdek, elektrografiyaning fizik asoslarini va uning biologik tizimlarga nisbatan qanday ishlash mexanizmlari bilan bog‘liqligini ochib beradi. Elektr maydonlari, elektrodlarga ta’siri va signalni qayd etishning metodik jihatlari ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Natijada, maqola biopotensiallarni qayd qilish va ularni tahlil qilish texnologiyalarini chuqur o‘rganishga qiziqqan talabalar va mutaxassislar uchun foydali bo‘ladi.
