Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy tezis global kompaniyalarda barqaror rivojlanish tamoyillari va korporativ ijtimoiy mas’uliyatni (KIM) integratsiyalash va boshqarish jarayonlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Unda KIMni tashkilotning strategik maqsadlariga mos ravishda uyg‘unlashtirish orqali iqtisodiy, ekologik va ijtimoiy mas’uliyatni amalga oshirishning ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan.

Ishda barqaror rivojlanishning xalqaro standartlari va KIMning asosiy yo‘nalishlari o‘rganilgan hamda global kompaniyalar tajribasi asosida ularni amalga oshirishda samarali boshqaruv vositalari tahlil qilingan. Annotatsiyada global kompaniyalar uchun KIMning iqtisodiy samaradorlikka va jamiyat bilan o‘zaro hamkorlikka ta’siri ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tezisda zamonaviy boshqaruv usullari, innovatsion yondashuvlar va xalqaro amaliyot asosida barqaror rivojlanish bilan KIMni integratsiyalashning muvaffaqiyatli modellari taklif etiladi.

Tadqiqot natijalari barqaror rivojlanish va KIM tamoyillarini birlashtirish orqali kompaniyaning global raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy va amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
