The thesis systematises the scientific and theoretical views of leading foreign and domestic scholars on the regulation of commercial bank liquidity. Liquidity regulation is treated as a subsystem of prudential banking supervision aimed at maintaining a bank's ability to meet its obligations under normal and stressed conditions and at preventing systemic liquidity crises.
