This article analyzes the psychological influence of the teacher’s personality on the development of students’ musical intelligence. The study examines the impact of psychological characteristics such as empathy, motivation, communication skills, and emotional stability on students’ musical abilities. Based on a mixed-methods approach, the results show that the teacher’s psychological competence significantly enhances students’ musical intelligence levels. The article also provides practical recommendations for creating a positive psychological learning environment and improving teachers’ personal and professional qualities.
