The article explores sustainable practices like energy and water conservation, employee well-being, teamwork, and effective resource management, based on an examSocial sustainabilityination of recent literature, hotel practices, and international certifications like "Green Key" and "LEED". The study's findings demonstrate that sustainability benefits hotels financially in the long run and improves guest satisfaction in addition to protecting the environment. Moreover, this topic is especially relevant today, as more hotels are expected to adopt sustainable practices.
