This article examines the organizational-economic mechanisms underlying he development of MICE tourism (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of accelerating digitalization of the national tourism sector. Despite the rapid growth of overall tourist arrivals, which exceeded ten million visitors in 2025, the MICE segment continues to face
structural constraints, including fragmented coordination among convention bureaus, tour operators and venue providers, limited digital booking and analytics infrastructure, and an incomplete regulatory-fiscal framework for business-event organizers.
