Amir Temur (Tamerlane), one of the greatest military and administrative figures of the 14th century, established a vast empire stretching from Central Asia to the Middle East and South Asia. His governance system combined elements of traditional Turco-Mongol rule with Persian bureaucratic practices, creating a well-structured administration. His military strategies, characterized by superior logistics, tactical deception, and psychological warfare, ensured his dominance over vast territories. This paper examines the key aspects of his public administration system and military strategies, providing insights into their effectiveness and long-term impact.
