Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) stand at the forefront of fostering innovation, collaboration, and societal impact. This article aims to integrate two critical aspects: the development of social entrepreneurship organizational mechanisms within HEIs and the evaluation of the sociol-entrepreneurship environment surrounding them. By examining these facets holistically, we can unravel a comprehensive framework that propels HEIs into becoming dynamic hubs of entrepreneurial excellence, societal transformation, and global collaboration
